We combine the refreshing power of water with the sweet flavor of syrups to make colorful ice creams using ice cube molds and wooden sticks. We prefer here silicone molds to dislodge future ice creams more easily without risking breaking them. The sticks are simply placed along the ice cube trays, then a few drops of syrup in each yoke - a small amount is enough to flavor the water which will eventually fill the molds. Once placed in the freezer, the preparation freezes in three hours depending on the power of your appliance. To surprise the guests and play with the colors, we simply add a different syrup every hour, which will cover the previous layer until we get a rainbow of colors. To be gently removed from the mold and savored without moderation!
